Instructor Larry Dillingham - Larry is a 4th degree blackbelt in Shito-Ryu, Japanese Okinawan Karate. He is a Tri-state champion in sparring. Over 34 years of experience.

Come learn one of the fastest growing Japanese Okinawan Karate skills in the area. Benefits include character development, self-discipline, self-respect, self-control, and respect for others.  Larry has participated in various Marital Art events such as Carolina Martial Arts Open 2004-2008. Featured on UNC-TV - Black Issues Forum on PBS; Triad Showcase of Martial Arts and the 13th Annual Foothills Karate Classic which will be held at the North Rowan High School August 23rd, 2008.
